My husband and I now live on the East Coast and needed a Realtor to sell our home in San Mateo. We went on-line and found Ines' web site. She seemed to be the person we needed, so we made an appointment and flew out to meet her. Ines more than met our expectations. She's professional, energetic and personable. We first met Ines nine years ago when we considered moving to the Peninsula area. Even though we had no intention of buying a home right away, she spent an entire day with us, showing us homes and various neighborhoods. When we did move a year later, we didn't hesitate to call Ines. We were one of 13 offers on the house we eventually bought, and we won out because of Ines' keen focus on pricing in a very "hot" market. Now that we are relocating, we, of course, called Ines to help us sell our house. She gave us excellent suggestions to prepare the home for sale, and it paid off.
